Order Processing (Handling) Time
• Once your order has been successfully submitted and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and all U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next business day.
• During peak seasons, holiday periods, flash sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
• As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery (Transit) Time
• Standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders. After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, standard transit time typically takes 7–15 business days to most addresses across the United States.
• Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery may take longer during peak shopping seasons, holidays, sales events, or unforeseen disruptions.

• All orders qualify for FREE Standard Shipping — no minimum purchase required, no coupon code needed. Every item includes free shipping automatically.
Pricing & Taxes
• All prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax.
• Sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout based on your specific shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
• The final total amount displayed at checkout includes the product price + applicable sales tax. This is the exact amount you will be charged — there are no hidden fees, extra charges, or surprise costs at any point.
Order Tracking
• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.
• You may track your package at any time by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
• If you need assistance, you may also contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will help you locate your package.
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is marked as shipped.
Shipping Delays & FTC 30-Day Rule
In compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 30-Day Rule, we guarantee transparency and fairness:
• If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, or within 30 calendar days if no specific time is provided, we will notify you promptly.
• You will be given two options: (1) continue to wait for your order with updated timing, or (2) cancel your order and receive a full and immediate refund to your original payment method.
• We will always communicate proactively if delays occur.
International Orders
• Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, shipping to U.S. territories, military addresses, or PO boxes at this time.
